The summer of 2007 sees the return of the Red House Farm Maize Maze for its sixth spectacular year! Each year the team at Red House Farm conjures up a concept and approaches the world-renowned Maze designer Adrian Fisher to bring that concept to life…and this year is no exception. For 2007, we have removed our eye patch, looked through our telescope, checked our compass, stashed our rum (!), upped anchor and sailed off in the search of treasure like all good Pirates. Yes, this year’s stunning design is a Pirate Ship, resplendent with skull & crossbones flag. And we challenge you to explore the miles of natural pathway in search of stolen treasures and ancient gold…
Our Maize Maze is just a part of the activities available at Red House Farm. The Maze Courtyard hosts plenty of activities for all the family – the quad barrel train, pedal cars, bouncy castle, straw mountain, pedal quad bikes, mini-tractors, sand pits and more. If you can find your way to the ‘Rum Runner’s Retreat’ in the middle of the maze, then you can treat yourself to a cool beverage there. Alternatively, enjoy some tasty morsels from our Refreshments hut in the courtyard, made using the finest ingredients and to the same high standards as our award winning Tea Rooms. Rich and creamy ice cream, made quite literally ‘down the road’, will offer the perfect antidote to hot, sunny days.

There is so much more to us than just our summer fun-filled activities. Also on-site - our Farm Shop and Tea Rooms, ‘Crimson Crafts’ Craft Shop, ‘Cocoaflow’ Chocolate and Ice Cream Shop. There are designated picnic areas and free parking.
So join us for a Pirate Adventure…and explore our fabulous field of fun!
