Our farm shop is the destination of choice for the more discerning shopper, offering an extraordinary range of our own hand made products; our own organically grown crops; and a selection of the finest locally sourced items that you won't find in the supermarkets!
The shop has been the bedrock of the family business for over 20 years, and we specialise in offering only premium quality produce for those who are passionate about food and take an interest in where their food comes from and how it is produced.
2010 is an exciting year for us, and we are already producing an extensive array of tempting new lines. Our onsite bakery kitchen is working around the clock, so look out in the shop for creamy Portuguese Custard Tarts, decadent Chocolate Eclairs, luxury Vanilla Slices, proper Cherry Bakewell Tart, and much, much more!
We also have some of our own homemade preserve products making their way onto the shelves, such as Onion Marmalade, Pear & Date Chutney, Barbecue Relish, Salad Dressings and Thai Dipping Sauce.
Alongside our own produce, look out for the very best locally sourced products from independent retailers, and only the most carefully selected items from further afield, such as:
- Free range eggs from Poplars farm in Antrobus, (priced considerably cheaper than all the leading supermarkets!)
- Our extensive cheese counter, presided over by cheese maestro Alan. Tasters are always available, along with advice and recommendations.
- Potatoes, from just a mile up the road. Excellent all-rounder, and competitively priced too.
If you've never called in to our farm shop, now is a great time to do so, with all the wonderfully fresh produce on offer.
